Our uniforms
For those that will be working in our domiciliary care services, will be provided with a smart but less formal and clinical uniform. We want our customers to be assured that our services can be delivered with the up most discretion, but still with the confidence of being able to identify our care staff (all staff will be provided with ID). We initially did a survey with some of our potential customers. 9 out of 10 preferred for our staff to turn up at their door step in a less traditional care work uniform.

How We Recruit
The Application Process
1. Application
Candidate completes an online application via the job board or recruitment platform.
Submission of CV and relevant certifications (e.g., DBS, care qualifications).
Initial screening based on eligibility and role requirements.
2. Interview & Assessment
Phone or virtual pre-screening interview.
In-person or virtual formal interview (competency-based questions).
Practical assessment (where relevant, such as care tasks or scenario testing).
Right-to-work and reference checks initiated.
3. Compliance & Documents
Completion of background checks (DBS, reference verification).
Submission of essential documents (ID, proof of qualifications).
Health checks, including medical questionnaire.
Issuance of job offer and employment contract. Assignment of COS for international workers.
4. Onboarding & Induction
Comprehensive induction programme (covering policies, safeguarding, and care standards).
Mandatory training sessions. Assignment of supervisor for shadowing.
Initial performance review milestones set for probation period.
