“Working at Cott’s Care has genuinely been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From day one, I felt supported and valued — not just as a carer, but as a person. The training was thorough, the team is incredibly kind, and management is always approachable. But what stands out most is the difference we get to make in people’s lives every single day. There’s nothing more meaningful than helping someone feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their own home. I’m proud to be part of a team that truly puts care first.”
— Rachel M., Senior Care Assistant
